ALL DAY DINER

Located within the 120-key Ramee Royal Resort, sprawled across 4 lakh square feet of hilly terrain, the All Day Dining is an elegant extension of resort’s Grecian-inspired architecture characterized by flowing white and blue forms nestled in the landscape. Spread over 5,000 sq. ft. indoors and 3,500 sq. ft. outdoors, this 300-seater restaurant is housed within a large banquet-style volume. The design offers guests a consistent sense of warmth, familiarity, and curated elegance.

To address the vast scale, the space was broken down through multiple ceiling levels and the introduction of a central, diner-style feature. This move segmented the hall into distinct seating zones, allowing guests to circulate freely while avoiding the impersonal feel of a single, expansive room.

The ceiling became a key design element—both a visual anchor and an acoustic solution. It was divided into articulated zones, with acoustic fabric panels subtly integrated above the stage side to reduce echo. Lighting was layered carefully: technical fixtures ensured ambient consistency, while decorative lights highlighted architectural gestures and enriched the sensory experience of dining.

The material palette draws from the architecture—soft whites, gentle floral prints, shades of blue, and natural wood. Brass accents lend a touch of understated glamour. The space is functionally robust, aesthetically refined, and thoughtfully zoned to elevate everyday dining into a luxury experience.
