We have apartment projects in Udaipur, Mumbai, Chittor region. Apartments are designed with following aspects:
- Byelaws. Making layouts with respect to FSI, parking and permissible height.
- Orientation. Placing individual apartments in ways which can achieve light and ventilation from 3 sides.
- Vastu. We employ basic vastu placements in apartments.
- Amenities. Mostly we suggest stilt floor with more than 15 feet height so we can place many activities for residents to enjoy the housing. Amenities like kids play area, gardens, swimming pool, games room, multi-purpose room, gym, add value to residential projects.
- Building structure and services Coordination of drawings with structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors and contractors.
- Elevation design Materials like GRC, FRP, foam concrete are used to create Neoclassical or Art Nouveau inspired designs. The principles of scale, symmetry and form are carefully followed. All construction details, 3D’s are made to ensure perfect execution of the same.
- Landscape design We ensure tree replantation from green site to Farmhouse sites, so big trees are not destroyed. New plantation is planned acc to climate. The emphasis is to create landscape with local trees and plants.
- Interior design Lobby areas, amenities and sample flats are designed to match the building exterior.
An individual bungalow is for one family, but apartment blocks are for multiple, sometimes hundreds of them. The idea is to create a cohesive environment where people find privacy in their homes and can socialize with neighbors often.
