When the idea of a highly decorative facade was conceived, it posed a challenge in terms of selecting suitable materials and ensuring skilled craftsmanship. However, this challenge was successfully overcome with the use of Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC), which offers a combination of strength, lightness, and workability.
